Refund policy

SHIFT AI — REFUND POLICY

Effective May 31, 2026


1. OVERVIEW

SHIFT AI is operated by SHIFT Capital LLC. We sell prepaid credits used to consume our AI Studio services. This policy explains when and how those credits can be refunded.


2. UNUSED-CREDIT REFUND WINDOW (14 DAYS)

You may request a full refund of any UNUSED credit balance within 14 days of purchase.

"Unused" means credits that have not yet been spent on a successful Studio generation. Once you have used a credit on a successful image, video, voice, avatar, music, chat, or translation generation, that credit is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@shiftai.club within 14 days of your purchase
2. Include your order ID and the email address on your account
3. We respond within 2 business days
4. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days


3. FAILED-GENERATION AUTO-REFUND

If a Studio generation fails because of an AI provider error, the credits are automatically refunded to your wallet within seconds. You are only charged for generations that successfully complete. You do not need to contact us for failed-generation refunds — they happen automatically.


4. FOUNDER PACK

The $1,000 Founder pack is a one-time prepaid credit bundle plus a founding-rank membership badge.

The CREDITS within the Founder pack are refundable under the 14-day unused-credit policy described in section 2.

The founding-rank BADGE itself becomes non-refundable 14 days after purchase, because it grants permanent platform benefits (tier placement, EcoPay attribution multipliers, founding-member events) during that window. If you request a refund within 14 days, the badge is reversed along with the credits.


5. WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE

- Credits already spent on successful generations
- The founding-rank badge after the 14-day window has elapsed
- Purchases more than 14 days old
- Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks filed with your bank rather than refund requests made directly to us (see section 7 below)


6. EARNED EcoPay COMMISSIONS

EcoPay commissions you have earned through ConnectPay, ContentPay, or weekly performance pools are paid out via Stripe Connect Express on the regular weekly schedule and are not affected by refunds.

If a refund is issued for a purchase that originally generated an EcoPay commission to another member, that commission may be clawed back from the recipient's pending balance, subject to fraud and abuse rules.


7. CHARGEBACKS

We strongly prefer that you contact us at support@shiftai.club first. The refund window in section 2 is generous, and almost every refund request is resolved within 24 hours.

Chargebacks filed with your bank before contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed. Disputed transactions are reviewed against attribution logs, generation history, and platform usage records.
