Income Disclosure Statement

Trailing 90 days, 23 June – 21 September 2026 · generated 21 September 2026 from live ledger data

EcoPay earnings · trailing 90 days, 23 June 2026 – 21 September 2026 · generated 21 September 2026, 8:18 PM CDT from live ledger data · population: 2,104 active club members

Read this before the tables

98.5% of the members who earned nothing joined too recently to have had a pay cycle at all.

Club pools pay once a week, after a close each Tuesday. If you join after a close, no payout cycle has run for you yet, and this statement records you as a $0 earner — because that is what the ledger says, not because you tried and failed.

On the date this was generated, 1,295 of 2,104 active club members — 61.5% — had joined after the most recent close on 15 September 2026. Among the 809 members who had at least one pay cycle available to them, 1.9% earned nothing. Among everyone counted here, including members who joined days earlier, 48.4% earned nothing. Both numbers are real. Which one describes you depends almost entirely on how long you have been a member.

This statement reports what SHIFTai participants actually earned. It is generated directly from the company's production payment ledger — the same records the platform pays from. It is not a projection, a goal, or an estimate. SHIFTai does not guarantee any level of income. Most participants in any earnings program earn modest amounts or nothing.

1. Why the $0 figure is mostly a calendar, not an outcome

The single most misread number in a disclosure like this is the percentage of participants who earned nothing. Here is what sits behind ours.

Of the 1,018 members who earned $0 over the 90 daysMembersShare
Joined after the most recent weekly close, so no pay cycle has run for them1,00398.5%
Had a pay cycle available and still earned nothing151.5%

Fifteen members out of 2,104 had the opportunity to earn through a completed pay cycle and did not.

Not every new member is at zero, either. 292 of the 1,295 members who joined after the last close — 22.5% — had already earned before their first pool cycle, because referral earnings pay on the transaction rather than on the weekly cycle.

What that means for how you read the rest of this document

Two tables follow. Table A counts every active club member on the date generated, which necessarily includes 1,295 members whose first pay cycle has not arrived. Table B counts only the 809 members for whom at least one cycle has actually run.

Table A is the honest answer to “what did everyone who is a member today earn.” Table B is the honest answer to “what did members earn once the system had a chance to pay them.” Neither table is the real number on its own, and we publish both so that neither growth nor tenure is used to flatter the result. If you are deciding whether to join, Table A is the more conservative figure and the one to plan against.

2. Earnings

Table A — all 2,104 active club members

MeasureParticipantsEarned in 90 days
Earned nothing ($0)1,018 (48.4%)$0.00
Earned more than $01,086 (51.6%)—
25th percentile—$0.00
Median (50th percentile)—$18.75
75th percentile—$200.00
99th percentile (top 1%)—$10,145.25
Average (mean)—$667.80
Highest single participant1$137,098.43

Every active club member is counted, whether or not they earned. Members who earned $0 are counted as $0 and are never removed to improve the averages. The average sits far above the median because a small number of high earners pull it upward — the median is the better description of a typical participant.

Table B — the 809 members present at the last weekly close

MeasureParticipantsEarned in 90 days
Earned nothing ($0)15 (1.9%)$0.00
Earned more than $0794 (98.1%)—
Median (50th percentile)—$146.56
75th percentile—$618.75
99th percentile (top 1%)—$27,002.00

These are members for whom at least one payout cycle has occurred. This table is not a forecast of what a new member will earn, and a longer-tenured population is not the same as a more successful one — it is simply one that has been paid at least once.

3. Who is counted

This statement counts active club members: participants who, as of the date generated, hold an active monthly membership at $99 per month and have reached the $499 club minimum in lifetime purchases. That is the population eligible to earn from the weekly pools.

Included: every active club member, earning or not, counted exactly once.

Excluded: customers who hold a membership but have not reached the club minimum, because they are not eligible for the club pools; accounts suspended, terminated, or no longer subscribed; company, administrative, and test accounts; and refunded transactions.

4. What these figures include, and what they do not

  • Figures are gross earnings credited across all EcoPay streams — referral earnings and weekly pool distributions — during the period, before any taxes.
  • They are not profit. They do not deduct what a participant spent on their membership, their credit purchases, advertising, or any other cost. A participant may have earned less than they spent.
  • Refunded transactions are excluded, and earnings reversed by a refund are removed.
  • Earning from the weekly pools requires meeting the qualification rules in effect for that week. A participant earns nothing in a week in which they do not qualify.
  • Referral earnings depend entirely on a participant's own activity and results. Many participants refer no one and earn nothing from referrals.

5. Method and source

  • Source: the platform's production payment ledger, queried live at the moment of generation.
  • Percentiles are continuous percentiles over the full population, not over earners only.
  • Cohort membership is determined by whether the member held club status at the 15 September 2026 close.
  • The live version of these figures is published in the SHIFTai Suite at /earnings/illustration and publicly at suite.shiftai.club/calc, recomputed on every page load. Figures in this statement are a snapshot and will drift as the platform changes.

6. Important notice

SHIFTai makes no guarantee, representation, or promise of any level of income.

The results described here are historical and are not a prediction of what any individual will earn. Individual results depend on effort, skill, sales ability, market conditions, and factors outside anyone's control, and many participants earn nothing. No one should join, purchase, or remain in the program in reliance on an expectation of income. Nothing in this document is financial, tax, or investment advice.
